Are deposits refundable ?

Deposits are non refundable, if giving 72 hours notice we are more than happy to transfer your deposit to your next appointment

Is there parking ?

Yes, there are two large car parks. One to the front of the clinic and one directly behind. These are free of charge

Is there a waiting room while my dog is having their teeth cleaned ?

We do not have a waiting room to keep disturbances to a minimum for your dogs best interest. There are plenty of shops around and greggs has a seating area if you wish to sit down.

Park in one of the two car parks and walk through into the high street we are next to greggs.

Will my dog be comfortable ?

Yes the whole process is in place to be an enjoyable experience for your dog. Its a relaxing, calming and completely stress and pain free

How early should I arrive ?

Arrive on time, please do not arrive early we have scheduled appoinment times and hand overs to avoid crossing dogs in reception area as much as possible.

can I come in the room while my dog has its teeth cleaned ?

The dogs are much more relaxed when the owner isnt present. for this reason we do not allow owners in the room, a quite relaxing experience for the dogs is upmost importance
